SYNTA Eq6 Pro Home position

Gents,

I was collimating the polarscope reticule when the polar guide fell out.

Could someone please tell me that what position the polar guide should be in when the mount is in the home position (eg when the counter weight rod is pointing down).

I'm pretty sure polaris should be at 6 O'Clock position.

It makes no difference really. The polarscope is only used to align the mount to an exact position of Polaris. YOu could place the circle anywhere. On my HEQ5 when the mount is in its parked position the POlaris marker would be at about 4 o clock.
