I bought a filter from him which, sadly, the Royal Mail managed to loose. He quickly and with no fuss, sent me reimbursement.

I really appreciate his quick dealing. He has restored my faith in humanity and proved what excellent people frequent this board.

May the Gods of clear night time skies smile down on him forever!

Neil is a great guy he has given me so much time and detailed advice and encouragement since I started lunar/planetary imaging - always look forward to him PM'ing me to lift my spirits and give me a new processing tip or two.
