Rozhen observatory

Hi all.I come from Bulgaria and recently developed an interest in astronomy.Just found out that there is a huge observatory just 400 km away and I'd like to visit it.Here's the place :

National Astronomical Observatory - Rozhen

From what I read , the acces to the the main telescope is restricted and a small 18cm demo is provided for tourists.

My question is : Are there observatories providing demonstrations of their main telescope and where are they located(for the Balkan peninsula region).
