What to expect with my telescope?

Hello all,

I 'm new to all this just bought a meade lx 90 but don't know what to expect from it played about with it, never looked thru a scope before but now Iv'e looked at the moon it was amazing. Could someone please give me some advise on what I could see with this scope, also would like to go to the next star party. When & where is it ok. for alcohol, can we use gas camp cookers & is there any lap dancing or pole dancing there.
