I saw this on a French forum shot with a Tec140 so thought I'd point the Meade 127 at it. It's a nice galaxy to image but needs time and maybe I should have used exposures of over 5 mins. This is 36 by five mins. The third hour really made a difference because those faint arms remain full of noise after two. I won't be able to get the colour till next week 'cos a visiting FSQ will be colonizing the mount as from tonight... Now that IS a telescope!
