Calculating polar alignment error from the arc length and amgle

Hi I am totally new to this hobby and all I know is polar alignment is very important

My question is this can we compute the deviation from true north and the inclination from the length of arc, the angle of the arc,  the exposure time and ra,Dec to which the camera was pointing when the exposure started?

Is there a mathematical formula
