need DIY mount for Celestron CPC XLT 925

This summer I will be putting in a permanent backyard pier. To start, I will be using my Celestron CPC XLT 925 in alt/az mode. I plan on switching to a wedge probably next year as I save more money. So, would anyone have a template to offer that would let me mount my scope?
