**HELP choosing a new scope** S.O.S
hi everyone,
first off, i have been reading and coming again and again on this page for all my troubles and i almost always find what iam looking for. so to all of you i say "THANK YOU".
now,
i bought a celestron powerseeker 40AZ (i knw its the least aperture that i could get online out of the decent brands). i did try looking towards the moon and i was just speechless. to see the moon up close like that. it was an amazing sight. but as soon as i pointed my scope towards any other
That 40AZ has the worst rating I've ever seen! I'm impressed!
Your review was the best one I have read. You saw the Moon through it. Now I'd suggest using it for a baseball-bat.....

What Newtonian-Reflectors are available? Perhaps a Skywatcher 130PD? And refractors would be best for planets - within your budget - maybe. Please give us some links to shops where you are so we can look to see what may be available and work the bes
