Hi,

I was out tonight just to get a peek at the comet with my binos and noticed Megrez seems to have visually dimmed. Wondering if I can get a conformation from other observers. I know it should be about 3.31 mag but by my visual view in CT. it seems to have dropped to around 5.2 based on my location which has average seeing to 6 mag limit naked eye. I know there is a debris field that encircles the star but that has never caused a dimming before that I know of.. Any other observations would be appreciated.
