All sky camera software

Hi all,

I am currently building an all sky camera to do time lapse of the night sky using my ASI120mc camera and the lens that comes supplied with it.

I wanted advice on software available for this, I am looking at doing around 10'second exposures, around one every minute, to create a time lapse video, what software is there to do this with, whether it be free or paid for

I use PS to create a GIF for small length time lapse or Premier Pro for real long sequences.
