Wide field star trails locations

Hi fellow stargazers. 

Just a quick post to see if any star trail imagers out there would be able to recommend any spots to shoot from around the west midlands / Solihull / Warwick area. 

I live just at the side of Solihull town centre,  so getting away from town lights is a must. I am looking at trying to shoot some star trails this coming week and would like some interesting places / foreground items to make my photo's a little more interesting. Ideally somewhere outside of Solihull town centre. 

America and the mid west always seems to be full of these remote barns and disused buildings which make great foregrounds for star trail shoots. I was wondering if someone may have a good spot or some ideas for places to shoot from?
