Hello,

I pretend to buy a C6 on an Alt/AZ Mount as a Grab and Go set up, but i can't decide on which mount should i buy. There's the Nexstar SE and the skywatcher Alt-Az synscan Goto Mount. The SE seems to be a bit more robust but much more expensive while the synscan have a week tripod but is cheaper. I've read that it is possible to adapt the synscan mount to a sturdier tripod like the CG5 or EQ5/6 which i already have.

About the software which one is more user friendly? Or are them basically the same since both mounts are producer by Syntha?
