celestron c90 mak vs SkyWatcher Maksutov 90SP

Hi, i 'm new to astronomy and scopes, and i'm trying to buy a scope for both terrestrial and celestial use. I narrowed it down to a 90mm (i'm on a tight budget).

I found these 2 scopes: celestron c90 mak (from amazon) and SkyWatcher Maksutov 90SP (from a local shop). The specifications are the same. I read good reviews

on the C90 but i couldn't find anything on the skywatcher. Which one you think its best? I also found these 2 tripods:

1.Hahnel Triad 60 Lite Professional Aluminium Alloy 4-Section Tripod with 3 Way Fluid-Damped Pan Head

2.Hahnel Triad 40 Lite Professional Light Weight Aluminium Alloy 4-Section Tripod with 360º Lock-in System Ball Head

Which one is best for a total beginner? Ball head or Fluid pan head?

P.S. I also had the option of a SkyWatcher 1025AZ3 but i was told that the C90 is better.
