M27 - Widefield - 28082013 - Milton Keynes

M27 Widefiled 200mm, taken through really horrible light pollution, just over the top of my neighbours security lights. Gave up on processing as everything I tried ended up removing the nebulosity I was looking for, even gentle DBE processing to remove the vignetting was too much, so I left it in. In hindsight more but shorter subs might have worked. You can't really see it in these pics, but in the RAWs, a lot of the structure and nebulosity is visible, but as I said any all serious processing attempts we futile. Minimal processing for Contrast, Levels and Curve.
