Which is better

Hello to all members, i am new to astronomy and want ot buy a decent bino/spotting scope-But i am confused with one to choose among a celestron skymaster 20x80 or Celestron Ultima 65-45 degree(Spotting scope) binoculars.Feature of the spotting scope are-

Is there are particular reason for the either or choice? Just wondering what your budget and requirements are to give the best advice.

What do you want the equipment for?

By the way ignore the BaK4 prisms, it is a term that people have latched on to and really has little significance, other then you know what the glass type is.
