Blotchy image Iris

I used Iris for the Black and White master frames (Iris tutorial 10) to produce the master frames for each of the channels and these looked fine. I then tried Iris using the LRGB technique (Iris tutorial 23) and the image has come out with the blotchy colours. If anyone could suggest why this is I would appreciate it. This is the first time I have tried to produce a colour image. I used a Brightstar Mammut camera (Black and White) attached to my 80mm refractor.

For starters, it looks like the colour channel alignment isn't quite right. Look at the bright white stars. There's a blue blob to their lower left, and a red blob further to lower right.

Thanks. That's helped. I didn't know what to look for. I've used the paddle function to improve the blue and red alignment and the blotching has reduced ; but will have to figure out the rotation alignment. I can't work out what to do with the green yet.

Looks to me llike the green images have been rotated 180 degrees.
