If you're careful, you can avoid a bit of the neck pain by trying to use the finder as little as possible (just a quick look for the general area), worse is a twinge of back pain, and I'm only 21!

You can get a right angled finder, which saves the neck.

Hmpf, you guys are making me feel old ;)
