DSS problem

Hello All

can anyone help me with a problem I am having with Deep Sky Stacker. I am having problems loading CR2 files. I have used DSS for a few years now loading ORF files from my Olympus E-520 without any problems. I have just changed my camera to a Canon 550D and when I load my files and view them only part of the image is shown. The table in the lower window tells me my CR2 file has a size of (approx) 1500 x 3500 but I know from the image properties that it is 5200 x 3500. If I change the image format to JPEG or TIFF and load into DSS then the whole image loads i.e. 5200 x 3500. I cannot understand this, hope someone else can.
