Skywatcher 127 GoTo Ax1 and Ax2

Hello,

I have been unsuccessful with alignment using the 1 or 2 star alignment method and wonder if I have a problem with the scope.

If the scope is level, with 0 degrees showing on the mount, Ax1 indicates -025 degrees, and when at 90 degrees, shows +65 degrees. I presume it should show 0 and 90.

Please can someone advise if this is a problem and if so, what is the solution?
