Skywatcher Skyliner-200P Dobsonian Base Dimensions

Hi,

Apologies if this has been covered already in a thread.

I am considering buying a SW 200P Dobsonian. I am wondering what the dimensions are for the base of the dob - especially the diameter of the base.

I'm wanting to fit in in a location without breaking it down as i want it to be a focal point in the room (why hide it away ! ), The Dob will be more space saving rather than a tripod as I have only a narrow space and the legs of the tripod would expand the space too much.

So , please can any 200p dob owners tell me the dimensions.

Total height too if you can when the dob is at a viewing angle.

The diameter is 21 inches give or take a few mm, height of focusser when vertical is 3ft eight or so.

Stood vertical, the whole thing stands about four foot, I am about 30 minutes drive from you if you want to see one in the flesh if need be.

P.S, it will make an excellent focal point, it is a work of art.
