Skywatcher 130pm Problem

On the screw mechanism that controls the skywatcher 130pm telescope to move up and down it seems to have become cross threaded. The screw itself is not grabbing and slides in and out so it has become impossible to control the up and down movement of the telescope.

Would I be able to replace the whole metal block that the screw sits in and if so where could I get some spares? I took the telescope on holiday to Skegness and had some glorious dark, clear skies and couldn't use the scope at all
