Hi All This is a day of firsts for me. My first blog about my first telescope. My wonderful girlfriend bought me a Skywatcher Classic 80 Refractor for my birthday. I have decided to join the kind people on Stargazer Lounge to boost my knowledge to get the most out of my new toy. So... to the reason for my blog apart from saying hello. I need to find the safest way of transporting my telescope because where I live is not the best place due to lots of pesky light pollution. What I would like is a padded bag of some kind that I can put over my shoulder to carry the telescope. The tripod can go in a rucksack. Please can you let me know of your advice for transporting telescopes like mine and manufacturers of transporting cases/bags. Many thanks in advance
