I have that data in the unit displayed for my area (Apple Valley, Minnesota) with the correct date and time zone (See Home Settings.jpg). The Setting.jpg picture shows what s in my last configuration screen. I'm trying to determine what settings I need adjust. Any assistance or suggestion would be appreciated.

I received a Bressler 70/350MM GOTO Automatic Tracking Telescope. I have went through the the instructions to assemble and set the configurations (i.e. date/time, time zone, daylight savings). I have two big questions: 1. I have created a custom site (I got the GPS coordinates for my home). The Country/City settings do not have anything near me. Do the Country/City settings take precedence and override the the customer site? For example, when I selected the telescope to view them moon, it pointed almost total opposite to where I saw it in the sky. 2. When aligning the telescope, how long does the synchronization take? I chose a target sync (after a 2 start sync) and the display was reading synchronization in progress for almost 30 minutes and continues. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
