Hi, thanks for the reply. It's not a DIY cable. I bought it from Ali Express and it is meant for HEQ5 mount. Its connected directly to my laptop. Interestingly the same cable works well with my other mount EQ5 Pro. The HEQ5 mount connects well through the hand controller in PC direct mode. -
Hi, I've connected my HEQ5 to EQMOD through a dedicated cable. It connects well but the connection drops after 10-20 seconds. Can anyone help?

I am using HEQ5 connection to PC through EQMOD. It was working well but all of a sudden it has started giving pointing errors of 10-15 degrees. Kindly help in finding a solution?
