After seeing your reply I went back and found a time travel feature in the star map app, and I don't know how I didn't see it that morning haha Venus it is!!!

I woke early on the morning of the 20th of July and saw what I thought must have been neowise in the east just before sunrise, but on reading up on it neowise was visible in the west at that time?

I installed an app to show planets but none of them matched with it. 

Just curious if anyone knows what it was.. it was really really bright.

I took a picture with my phone camera as battery in my slr was dead.
