  1. Just a quick few shots I got last night with my ZWO ASI585MC camera doing live stacking  EAA. Very rough polar alignment no guiding.  The ASI585 is fitted to a Hyperstar 6V4 with l`Enhance filter on a Celestron 6se with EAF autofocuser on a Skywatcher EQ3-2 goto mount. Live stacking done on an ASIAIR Plus. 35 x 30 sec exposures at 254 gain on the Rosette nebula, 60 x 30 sec exposures at 254 gain on the Horsehead and Flame nebulas and 30 x 30 sec exposures at 254 gain  on the California nebula.  No processing other than fliping the images and a stretch during the stacking.837539016_HorseheadandFlame..thumb.jpg.4bf3e289fa65c6035c019d3b4c3892e1.jpg669226723_Rosettenebula.thumb.jpg.013fc7ec50c5f43192fd041154c9084f.jpg2031780331_Californianebula.thumb.jpg.fbef02b38c491fe21a6567116c8e1096.jpg

  2. Just finishing off another EAA session with my new favourite rig. Samyang 135mm F/2 lens with ZWO ASI183MC camera, ASIAIR Plus, ASI EAF autofocuser and AZ GTI in EQ mode. This rig is so light and portable and quick to be able to start imaging that I don`t mind if it`s freezing outside. I simply put it out on it`s marked spot and disappear inside to a nice warm malt whisky, start imaging on my tablet and wait for the finished product to appear. I do enjoy sitting under the stars whiling away the hours but sometimes it`s just toooooo cold!Scope.thumb.jpg.98a85bf5a67228753ff5c077b1e749a1.jpgM31.thumb.jpg.3f9a53c11d75f30ad4a18064888bcf42.jpg
