My first attempt is pretty poor compared to some crackers in this thread. Never the less here is my first DSO. The Lovely Leo Triplets. 11x75s with Dark's and Bias's but no Lights as i haven't figured out the best way to achive them as yet.

QM, where can I get some of that foam? Trying to make your adapter.

Indeed, you really need to be quick to the draw. I've found an HEQ5 pro for ₤500 so won't need to do a large amount of Modding. I do plan on using the finderscope to guide hence my following of your thread. Which adapter have you bought to use the webcam with the finderscope?

Hi Stan and QM, I'm back on for the guide mod! as I mentioned I sold my eq5 mount for 200 the other day, I've just reserved a rig on AstrobuyandSell, and I think I've got a pretty good deal black HEQ5 with f/5 200p plus electric focuser 50mm finder plus red dot and OTA carry case all for 420 pounds! I pick it up after work tomorrow, only about a 2 hour drive which isn't bad with the black HEQ5 I can do the st4 mod and add an ST80 guide scope and I recken the HEQ5 can take that? So my upgrade as cost me 220 pounds and I still have my Antares 80mm frac. Another option would be to sell my Antares and the 200p and this would pay for most of an ED80 I recken, any ideas? oh yes, I like your diagragm Stan you certainly put the effort in on this site
