My diy  way of raising  my higher and more stable on a tripod

took this last night 20 minutes 10 sec exposure ,Uranus like the star pattern looks like Orion at a quick glance

Tonights moon  first time i have processed  an image  with a  free 45 day trial with a full version of pixinsght

It was £1.50 from a charity shop while on a coaching holiday down south

Found the perfect shoulder  for carrying my S50

my next attempts to  image the sun think i am getting the hang of it at last

Thank for that info will put it down to  a thick user error on my part   thought i had damaged it 

 just turned on my s50 while there are breaks in the clouds and this happened, seestar sS50 turns to jupiter red & blue box merge as 1 it says identifying  then centering 5th attempt any idea what it means 

Home made using two cake tins with a metal hoop from an old meccano kit trapped between the two tins, a long bolt with the washer.Fitted to an old tripod hand turned to slowly calibrate the compass, just to see if it would work it's ok when your sat down next to it. tested it out catching the sun

My first light with my S50

Mandy D thank you for what you  did it came out grey and i managed to colour  it but them things you did went straight over my head 

don't know why but today turn it on and the pointing circle is working in the solar mode took a photo of the sun when a plane flew past. on the tablet  looks ok but if i put it on a whats app group there are small squares on the photo . see if it is the same on this site 

that is how the app opens up with out touching it 

android 13    ,seestar is  1.91

It's done the same  on my phone just now showing the circle at 9o'clock just like the photo

Honor pad X9 tablet can hit the astro icons  and it will move to them

that's the problem move my finger around but the circle stays put

Hi  any ideas please what caused this while setting up my seestar S50 trying to adjust the pointing ,the circle is stuck in the nine oclock position and wont move .Have delated and reinstalled the app and it still did it  am at a loss 

 thank you for that info  i don't that techy  incase i do it wrong and it ends up as a wall decoration 😁

Hi would this Honor pad X9  tablet run the S50 app  as my galaxy tab 3   does not run it 

my s50 has just landed
