For Lunar I use 2 polar filters, 1 at the end of my diagonal and 1 on the EP, just with one or two turns, so not screwing it on completely for every EP by switching..

I leave the EP unlocked, so by turning the EP I can determine the brightness.

Now I'm curious if it can handle a Skymax 180MC balanced with a 115EDT

I know the Ioptron LiteRoc can take a lot more than advertized when it is balanced.

I'm looking at the TS Optics TS20x80 Astro, which has build in UHC filters tha can be slide in, or the Celestron Skymaster Pro 20x80
