DeepSkyStacker wont stack all of my hydrogen alpha images
in Getting Started With Imaging

Hey guys,
I have just gotten a hydrogen alpha filter for my DSLR and got 60 2 min exposures with it the other night however DSS tells me only two of my light frames will be stacked. Changing the star detection threshold does not help. Maybe they are out of focus a bit? I used a bahtinov mask to focus them the best I could though it is a pain without live view. I've attached one frame below so hopefully that helps.
