Jannis
Looks very good if you ask me. personally i like it sharpend a tiiiny bit more. it makes my eyes "rest" a littlre more when watching it. when i have a blurry picture i kind of feel stressed. But, that's just my personal desire though. a slighly sharpend versjon, just to compare them.

beamish
The tonal differences for the moon can be awfully tricky to deal with- personally, I'd say tweak the gain down during capture, so the preview image appears almost dull. You can always tweak the histo after you've stacked it and there's less chance of burn out. Overall tho I'd say you've got yourself a nice capture there. If you have PS CS, you could try a few iterations of "smart sharpen", go gently and then re-iterate-if you go too far either edit or >edit and "fade sharpen"HTH KarloPS how many of the 1179 did you stack ??
