which laser collimator should I get?

Are there good or bad laser collimators? I Just got my scope and it seems to be well collimated at the moment but I´ll have to start soon though I´m a bit nervous about it.

I just got a basic cheap ish one, which works a treat but I believe they can be a bit hit and miss.

It depends on how much you can afford.

I´ve bought a sw 200p EQ5. I´ve only had a day so just learning the ropes.The HoTech looks nice but expensive.

I got this one: Newton Justierlaser 1,25' - Aktionsgerät

It works a treat. Although sometimes the collimator itsself needs collimating.

Search the forum for 'collimator v block'.

Also, google search for 'Astro Baby's guide to collimation', this is very helpful.
