USB video capture card for Win 7 64-bit

I've just received a Watec 120N+ video camera and need a usb video capture unit that will work with my laptop on Win 7 64-bit.

I one I have is too old and I didn't check it was compatible until today and it isn't.

Anyone using a capture unit that they would recommend please? S-Video input ideally to maximise the quality, but PAL composite video would be ok
