Quick Shot Tonight

Have not been able to spend a lot of time tonight.

Single prime focus shot with 120mm Achro F8.3 refractor & Nikon D90.

I can't get anything like that with my Celestron AM 130 EQ plus Sony A200.

Once the shutter speed is set, I do spend all my time focusing.

I use live view then rack back and forth ever so slightly, then choose the best shot.

Nothing scientific I'm afraid.
