First ever images captured at SGL unguided

Hi all,

Here are my first ever images sinse purchasing my ED80. I was unable to set up the guide scope as the camera wouldn't work so the images are both un guided. Lots of help from people at SGL which was really apreciated.

Very nice drummer. You should be well pleased with these. Using the Canon I assume - is it modified?

Those are great, I'd be well pleased with those given the relatively short exposure times....only 15min on m42..wow!

One thing I did this time was to shoot all my images at the same ISO and exposure and this allowed me to use the same darks for multiple targets. So after it started to get light I just set the darks going, covered the rig and went to bed. Getting as many darks as possible will help take out some more noise and smooth the images.
