It was a pleasure chatting to you whilst you were taking these pics. John. You're spot on regarding these images capturing the aura of a star party. They are certainly fullfilling that role, they're superb.

These really capture the spirit of the Star party John, lovely colours and subjects.

Jon they are wonderful images. The photo of Phil with his vintage frac (no 4) and the night sky is fantastic.

You should approach Nick Howes who is writing a review of SGL6 for Astronomy Now and it would be great as the cover photo.

Look forward to seeing some more.

They look cracking Jon, what a talented neighbour we had!

No4 is my favourite as the framing of Orion in the background is superb...It is also perfectly framed for a cover shot so that the magazine header doesn't clash with the detail....I can't wait to see the rest.
