I'm intrigued by how you manage not to have a gross gradient from the exposure. (Bright in one area and getting darker at the edges.) That's a bane I'm still fighting, though I've made some progress in the processing stage thanks to some previous advice on here.

Thanks all. King, the even gradient is achievable on the solarmax 90 filter by carefully adjusting the tuning wheel on the front filter assembly while viewing the live image. I can then adjust to obtain even illumination across the whole disk. The other advantage of using the filter on a Tak Sky 90 is that the whole disk can be captured in one shot, therefore no need to create mosaics which tend to produce gradients.
