Bino Advice Please?

Hello all,

I'm looking for a pair of bins, not just for astro but also for general daytime & terrestrial use. Because I will take them out walking and camping etc I am steering away from the 50mm plus range as these will be too heavy. I am not bothered about using a tripod, as I already have a telescope for astro.

I really like the 10 x 42's that are on the market, they can sit round my neck or in the glove box and still have a reasonable apeture (for bins) to enable me to sweep the skies whilst on holiday.

Can anyone recommend a good pair of 10x42's in the £100 tops bracket?
