yipee,

after what seemed like an eternity them pesky clouds have gone, now i've got a chance to see if my collimation is any good. For a change i'm going to stay up later because i want to see the great cluster in Hercules. All my viewing so far has been in the earlier hrs of darkness, 8-11 pm.

I'd b going out for sure but i've been trying this new drink, they call it beer. Now i'd never heard of it myself but it turns out it's quite a refreshing drop, I may be seeing stars this evening after all .

Had a great hour with my new bins earlier and going out again later to look at saturn

Clear but windy here in the Midlands. Just hopped round M13 M101 M51 M3 M53 and M94, wowed the Mrs with Saturn then went back over some of the clusters for a second look.
