Looking at the PDF I cannot see how it can foul the clutch knob although having done some searching it seems to be a common problem.

I can only assume it is with the fitting instructions not the mount.

It is a petty you wern't closer you could have brought it down to the workshop and we would have sorted it for you.

Chin up and keep going its sorting the problems that make it even more worthwhile.
