Red Moon at Dawn

Not sure if this belongs here or in Photography but ...it is the moon.

Seeing the shades of red and purple / violet as the sun struggled to get out of bed and the effect the high cloud was having on the moons colour I had to grab the camera.

Canon 1000d Sigma 50-500 at 500mm f6.3 60 th sec handheld.
