Upgrading

Thinking of upgrading my mount to aid me in the pursuit of the dark side (dso imaging ) , i will be looking to the used market for the upgrade but which way do i going cg5gt or heq5 , i have read they are both nearly the same and made by the same company apart from the cg5gt has the same legs as the eq6 ( 2" ) is this the only difference ?

There's a CGEM for sale in the for sale section, would be a better imaging mount than either of these two.

Whilst you may be able to put similar loads on them I would imagine the Heq5 to be more accurate as the CG5 is essentially the same as an EQ5 (as a CG5 non-gt owner)
