A company in the US called Equinox Interscience used to offer amongst other things a 10 inch folded APO 'Alpha Draconis' refractor. Although it seems they have not traded for a while, the websiite is still up.

Unusually, I couldn't find any discussion of the company or their scopes anywhere apart from a brief thread on Cloudy Nights. That probably tells you a lot.

I had intended to match this up with the Orion 50 inch Dobsonian

although it only has a limiting stellar magnitude of 18.2 which I suppose will have to do. The two together would have provided the ultimate viewing experience:D

There must be more fantastic offers out there. Be interesting to know what else you can waste your money on.
