remote timer for canon 500d.

Hi folks,

Can anyone recommend a remote shutter release with programmable continous timer for my cannon 500d.

seen some on Amazon which say timer but I'm not sure if that means for single pic or multiple shutter release? ?

I use the cheap ones from ebay.. the ones I go for are the Nikon MC-36 clones so I dont have to think about the "progrmaming"...
