I'm on my way back home to Basingstoke can anyone give me a heads up as to the sky conditions. Should I plan to get scope out or plan to get beer out of fridge

Good luck with Saturn tonight its an amazing sight. If you ever fancy a really nice dark site a few of us (south coast astronomy group) meet at the new forest a couple of times a month, the views from there a simply breathtaking.

Sounds good would be nice to do some observing under dark skies. Well would be good to do some observing full stop given how bad the weather has been lately
