Hi

hope someone can help.

I have just got a celestron nexstar 130

and i want to attatch my canon dslr to it, can anyone tell me what I need to get, in laymans terms as this is all very new to me

Basically a T-Mount to suit your camera and a photo tube thingy if your scope doesn't already have one, or doesn't support direct connection....

The T-mount cost around £14, the tube around £20.

I have already bought a t mount and can attatch my camera straight to the focuser on my telescope, but can not get it to focus, will the t adapter solve this problem?

Depends on where the focal point is... if it's deep inside the focuser and you can't wind it in enough then no it won't. If it's a case of you can't extend the focuser far enough then yes it will as it extends the distance between focuser and CCD of the camera
