Value for money!!!!!

I took delivery of a Skywatcher 200p Dobsonian yesterday, now that I've put it together, all I keep thinking is 'wow, that was value for money'!

What you get for the money (less than £300) is incredible compared to, say, a skymax 127+eq3-2/az goto (which is £100 more).

I haven't used it yet, but I feel like I (with YOUR help) chose well.

First light/review coming soon.

Had my first 'go' last night, managed to catch an hour between the cloud (yes, the curse of the new scope happens here as well).

I didn't look for/find anything in particular, I just lost myself gliding the sky, trying it out for an hour.

Those of you who responded to my original 'which 'scope' post -*http://stargazerslounge.com/equipment-help/124291-scope-difference.html ( I am a physically disabled astronomer), the 8" Dob is really easy to use.

Not a proper first light though.
