I was going to say that if you have downloaded it, proceed with care.

There is a new release on the way as the stars offered for the alignment routines have caused all sorts of problems. Many failed alignments and much cursing.

However, the folks at Skywatcher have got the message and should be putting things right soon.

Just to say that I got several failed alignments plus one where the star was below my horizon (but still offered).

The choices are good if you have a relatively dark site, but not otherwise. I think they were trying to compensate for cone error and in so doing, cocked up other things. Listing Mag 3 stars for alignment is not especially helpful.

Nothing more annoying than going outside for the first time in ages and then spending precious time fiddling with alignments. It's enough to make a saint swear.

However, the hour position of Polaris feature and the PAE option are excellent.
