Just seen the ISS in an unexpected clear sky (60degs alt)while walking the dogs

very bright

If it stays clear another pass at 19-54 according to Heavens above alt about 40 degs

I was looking through 15*70 binoculars mounted on tripod, with the tripod acting as a monopod. I could fairly easily see the structure of the ISS as it flew past. Once the sun set on it, it appears as a mag 7-8 star and I followed it nearly to the horizon.
