Hi does anyone know where I could source an end cap for a tv radian ep and also a pupil guide ?

You might try a Tele Vue dealer shuch as Telescope House or Green Witch. I guess you could always contact Tele Vue directly in the states - I did that once and ended up speaking to David Nager, Al's son:

Beware though - the price could shock you a bit !.
